To the extent necessary to provide the Services, we will share your information with the following companies who assist us in providing the Services:

• Deutsche Post AG for sending course documents

• If applicable, external service providers and partners who support us in providing our services (e.g. conducting workshops).

In addition, we transmit your e-mail and name to Microsoft Ireland Ltd. in order to conduct the seminars with Microsoft Teams. In the case of face-to-face seminars, we send your name to the respective seminar location in order to check your access authorisation.

5 Social Intents Chatbot

On our website, we use a chatbot based on ChatGPT's AI technology and enabled by social intents. This chatbot is designed to improve interaction with you and provide efficient, automated responses to queries.

When using the chatbot, personal data may be collected, including your entered text messages and possibly information that can be derived from the interaction with the chatbot. This data is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and improving the services.

6 Newsletter

On the website, we offer you the opportunity to register for our newsletter so that we can send you information and news about us and our services at regular intervals by e-mail.
